SkillMight Technology Limited is a registered company with the Corporate Affairs Commission of Nigeria under Registration Number: 7251560. By accessing or using our service, you agree to comply with these Terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue using our service.

 

1. Account Creation and Payment

1.1 Account Creation

To access our service, you must create an account by providing accurate and complete information, including: 

   -Full Name  

   -Email Address  

   -Preferred Username  

   -Phone Number  

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. Please notify us immediately at support@skillmight.com if you suspect unauthorized access or a security breach. 

1.2 Payment Process  

To activate your account, a non-refundable payment of ₦7,000 is required. Upon payment, you will be credited 30,000 points to activate courses and access our platform. Payment options include: 

  • Activation Coupon Code: Available from authorized vendors listed on our website or swiftly via activation@skillmight.com. Each code is unique and can be used only once. 
  • Card Payment: Secure a one-time payment through our payment gateway. We do not store your payment details for your security. 

1.3 Payment Security 

  • We prioritize your financial security. All transactions are processed through secure third-party payment providers, ensuring your data is protected. There are no hidden fees or additional charges beyond the registration fee. 

 

2. Access, Usage Earnings Opportunity  

2.1 Access to Courses and Features 

Upon successful activation, you can: 

   -Access top and trending IT courses using your credited points. 

   -Earn rewards by inviting others to join SkillMight! For each friend who registers and activates their account, you’ll earn a ₦5,000 bonus. A minimum of three successful referrals is required to withdraw affiliate earnings to your updated bank account details provided. (Active)

   -Participate in the SkillMight Lucky Draw (coming soon), with prizes including laptops, phones, and other gadgets. 

   -Use our Virtual Top-Up (VTU) System to redeem earnings and bonuses (coming soon). 

   -Withdraw coins for cash rewards or other features (coming soon). 

2.2 Usage Guidelines

To ensure a positive experience for all users, you must: 

  • Respect other users and refrain from harmful, disruptive, or offensive behavior. 
  • Adhere to platform rules and guidelines at all times. 

 

3. Content and Interaction

3.1 Blog Comments

Users are encouraged to engage with our blog posts. However:

  • All comments are subject to admin approval to ensure relevance and compliance with guidelines. 
  • External links, spam, or inappropriate content will not be approved. 

3.2 Content Policies  

  • Reselling or unauthorized distribution of courses is strictly prohibited. 
  • All content is protected by intellectual property rights and may not be reproduced without permission. 

3.3 Penalties for Misconduct

  • Excessively negative or inappropriate comments may result in account suspension or termination. 

 

4. Data Privacy and Security

4.1 Data Collection 

  • We collect personal information during registration, including your name, email address, phone number, and payment details.

  • Your privacy is important to us. We securely store your personal data and use it solely to provide our services. We do not share your information with third parties without your consent, except as required by law. 

 

5. Termination and Refunds

  • We reserve the right to terminate accounts for: 
  • Fraudulent behavior  
  • Harassment of other users  
  • Violations of these Terms  

5.2 Refund Policy 

  • The registration fee of ₦7,000 is non-refundable. Upon payment, users receive immediate access to courses and platform features. 

 

6. Liability and Disclaimers

6.1 Course Content 

  • Our courses are provided by third-party professionals. While we strive for quality, we cannot guarantee the accuracy or completeness of the content. Users should independently verify the information as needed. 
  • Limitation of Liability

 

SkillMight Technology is not liable for: 

  • Data loss  
  • Profit loss  
  • Business interruptions or other damages that may arise from the use of our service. 

 

7. Modifications and Updates

7.1 Changes to Terms

  • We may revise these Terms to reflect changes in our policies, legal requirements, or operational practices. Updates will be announced via our Instagram page and other communication channels.
